RECOVERING

When you come home from a stressful and exhausting day at work, you have to do something to recover, to recharge your batteries for the next day and to free your head.

In my case one way to achieve that recovering effect is to step out into nature and find a silent place just for myself, where I’m alone with my soul and my body.

After 20 minutes of biking and 300 counted mosquito bites I finally arrived at the lake Steinhuder Meer, which I visit pretty often. There I just sat down at the water’s edge and watched the sun set into the horizon. Those are the moments when you really appreciate life.
